1. Create your gathering
Add the title, type, date, time, general location and guest capacity, then choose private or discoverable visibility.
2. Choose how guests join
Allow instant joining or review each guest request before approving it.
3. Share the invitation
Send the permanent invitation link through WhatsApp or any suitable channel. It always shows the latest gathering details.
4. Manage guests
Track confirmed guests, requests and updates in one place while protecting private location details.
5. Ability to share the costs
A Gatherizer may set a clear per-person contribution to help cover costs such as the venue, food or setup. The contribution is shown before joining and is not presented as a donation.
