Gatherizer is a service operated by YAK TECH S.A.R.L. – Sole Partner for organizing and joining adult gatherings. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use it. Information you provide must be accurate and your account must remain secure.

Gatherizers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and safe delivery of the gatherings they create. Guests must review the invitation, rules, audience, location disclosures and contribution terms before joining. Acceptance, cancellation and attendance remain subject to the terms shown for each gathering.

A gathering may include a per-person contribution to share stated costs. The amount and purpose are shown before joining. Contributions are not charitable donations. Applicable payment, refund or cancellation conditions are presented in the gathering flow and must not be misrepresented by a Gatherizer.

Do not use Gatherizer for unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, abusive or discriminatory activity; impersonation; spam; unauthorized commercial exploitation; infringement; or attempts to bypass access, privacy, payment or security controls. We may restrict content, gatherings or accounts to protect users, the service or legal compliance.

You retain rights in content you provide. You grant YAK TECH the limited permission needed to host, process, display and share it according to your chosen Gatherizer features and visibility settings. You must have the right to upload that content and must respect other people’s privacy and rights.

We work to keep Gatherizer reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Gatherizer helps coordinate gatherings; YAK TECH is not automatically the host, venue, transport provider or supplier for a user-created gathering. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses directly caused by our breach and excludes indirect or unforeseeable loss.

You may stop using Gatherizer at any time. We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or create risk. The version and effective date above identify the applicable terms; material updates will be communicated appropriately.
